A common theme that comes up in the reflections in our circles by moms who have birthed before... is that birth is the most powerful they've ever felt. Everyone has their own experience, so by no means is this feeling universal, but it is absolutely common in the spectrum of birth experiences.
If you are feeling anxious about the possibilities of birth, remind yourself that there will be joy, power, and immense love. Instead of "What if this goes wrong?" ask, "What if I this is the most spiritual and empowered moment of my life. What if it all goes as it should?"

Included in our Childbirth Class is entry into our regular Village Prenatals, and they are open to all! These are gatherings to sit in circle, hear birth stories and share. There are rotating themes like building your birth nest, belly mapping and adornment. Sometimes, we build a fire.

Led by postpartum doula, come get your questions answered, sit in circle with other postpartum moms, and feel heard. We do breathing exercises, share birth stories (optional), normalize the postpartum experience and have tea.
This postpartum support group is open to anyone who has birthed within last 6 months. Babies are welcome.
