Heather DePinho

Heather is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy across California, specializing in supporting adults and couples.

Drawing on deep personal experience, Heather is passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, relational friction, and issues related to chronic self-doubt and low self-worth. Her clinical focus includes Hormonal Disorders (specifically PMDD), relationship issues, and complex life transitions, including navigating the perinatal journey. We truly believe that you deserve support at all times of your life, but especially through this season. Using evidence-based interventions and client-centered care, we like to help our clients feel nurtured to rest while still inviting them to grow.
